Torbay Open Studios

20 artists in the Torbay area are opening their studios for a couple of weeks in June, and I'm happy to say I'll be one of them!

I work from home - my studio used to be the living room in my flat... no longer... :-)

I recommend that you contact me before visiting so we can avoid a logjam of people trying to get into the place (contact details below - just let me know the date and time you'll be visiting... allow between one and two hours, because I tend to talk a lot...)

I'll have a lot of work on the walls and in my browser, and you'll be able to see my latest work in progress (my Dartmoor 24 project).

How to find my studio...

Turn onto Lower Warberry Road. If you're approaching from Babbacombe Road, look out for the second turning right (signposted 'Hazelwood'). If you're approaching from the other end of Lower Warberry Road drive almost all the way to its junction with Babbacombe Road - my drive is the last but one on the left before you reach that junction.

Please park in the visitor's car park which is about halfway up the drive on your left, then walk up the remaining part of the drive to the apartment block where my studio is located (on the first floor of the building).

If you have anyone on board who will struggle with the incline of the drive, you can continue up the drive and drop them off before returning to the visitor's car park.

Opening days...

I will be open for visitors every day, 6-14 June, 11am-5pm, except for Thursday 11th June (when I'll be out visiting other artists' studios!)
